Radical 252 fun-run

Cocked up the start right royally when the game didn't recognise that I'd stuck it in first during the countdown. Word of warning to all: Don't do that, unless you like going backwards.

Had a superb race battling with Gary and Garry. Made a silly mistake exiting 3 when I got a wheel on the dirt on exit. Did a complete 360 and when I got going again had Garry all over me. There were some real door to door moments through the race and I thank him for not squeezing through and giving plenty of room. I think he made a mistake going into T4 and I lost him for the rest of the race.

The other Gary was by this time quite far ahead and after making an effort that was never going to stick (apologies for clipping you going into the final series of turns after that late brake attempt) I was never going to catch him

Was fun race considering i dont feel these cars ... :) Started 4th... with one hotlap, after not much praccy, so i was happy.

Start was OK and just drove without mistakes to 2nd position. :) Few times i was close to Esteban but then i usually made a mistake in the forevertakinglefthander. :) By the end he was quicker i had to let go.

Fun race hope for some more funruns like this (like the track.)

Great fun, first of all. Awesome cars, fun track...horrible equipment :( I had an amazing qualifying, took just 1 lap to get a .49:8 which was 2 seconds faster than my best previous practice time. The race was going great until my computer started to slow down and it couldn't handle the weight of everything going on. I spun in T1, which did nothing but hurt my situation because the frames got even worse with more cars in front of me. Then, I had a "DO'H" moment when I went to use a tear-off...I pressed my "Reverse" preset button and spun around. The frames continued to deteriorate until it got so bad I had to use the "Swingman" view and follow my car around behind it. I was slow, but I stayed facing forward for the rest of the race. Still lots of fun, and not a bad finish for my first Race '07 outing :)

Led for 11 & half laps, then clipped the kerb awkwardly coming out of T8 on the final tour and got a huge tank-slapper that took me way off track. Just missed the wall, but it was enough for Esteban & Janko to bump me down to 3rd.

Is it just me, or does the results page look crap for everyone?

The formatting of it has gone slightly skew-iff.

Got a poor start off the line, but had a great race-long battle with Jon and Garry.

Jon - no worries about the contact. It happens, and I probably could have left a little more room before turning in. I thought that you had the turn already, and so I turned in expecting to come down behind you and follow you through.

Garry - sorry if I cut you off a couple of times there in the early laps. I wasn't sure if I did, but there were a couple of times where you were much faster in certain sections than I was anticipating, and I might have turned down on you a couple of times when I didn't expect you to be there. Thanks for allowing us both to continue on without contact.

A fun race, and I look forward to more in these cars!

Tricky game, I did't know that you cannot press ESC when you on the start grid (to go back to pits). I wanted to rearrange some of my setup changes for the last time and ended with DNF before I even started the race. Very pity.
