Bristol 150

Interesting race, better than I thought. I'm not positive, but I think for the most part I stayed clean, to anyone I might have hit I apologize. Will, always sucks to hit a team mate, especially on a restart, so I'm sorry again about that. Seemed to be a problem with pitting and restarting, I got hit once in the beginning, but had a good enough of a car that I was able to catch up for the most part. Had a spin at about lap 110 or so, and I know someone hit me when I was on the apron, so who ever that was I'm sorry as well. Other than that, a lot of cars went plenty of laps down, still not sure what happened at the beginning when the race was restarted, but I had a lot of fun, this track was a lot better than I thought it would be.

Well, this is definitely an example of when a win doesn't feel like a win.

Yes I won, I felt very comfortable and very fast right out of the box. At one point I had almost lapped the entire field, then fell victim to a penalty...which wasn't too bad for me.

I lined up behind Tom and set up a 100 lap duel with him. Had some good moments and was really fun up until the last few laps. I was closing on Tom pretty good and knew I was going to get around him.

I don't know what happened really, but I got into the back of him. We had been playing some nip games for quite some time but I never intended on spinning him out.

I went on to win, but I didn't even do any burnouts. Just parked the car.

I apologize to Tom for the stupid move, it was far from intentional. I have viewed myself as a clean driver, but that was an unclean move and I hope that it doesn't stain my reputation for weeks to come.

Qual: I knew I wasn't going to Qual that good (I never do). It got really loose on me the first lap and I never could really get it under control after that.

Race: Well that was actually kinda fun. It actually made me like racing here a little more. I got a groove down and was popping off 15s for a while which I was pretty impressed with myself for. There was a lot of craziness tonight but it was a lot better than what I thought. Coming out from Bristol with a Top-10 is not too bad in my opinion.

This is the most fun track from TPSCC and thats worth racing at 3am on week day, The race was clean and I´m happy with 5th.
I tried to easy people to pass me as it was said, specially to lapped cars who tried to gain their laps.

Don't know what to say. Sorry for all the folling around. Didn't had much time to practice this week. I thought I would be fine but I wasn't.

Sorry Fridley for sometimes that you were lapping me, I tried to stay out of your way but was doing just the opposite.

Was underdriving my car I think. Because when I turned the wheel a little more on turns I started catching the guy in front of me.

I really don't know how much of the tire health should drop in a fuel run. Anyone knows? Or depends the track\setup?

Looking for a spin free race at the Paperclip. Lots of practice before the day of the race aswell...

Just Racing...Last saterday night in 1st and get hit from behind after batteling hard for the spot(not blaming driver)...Tonight fighting hard with dammaged car to stay in 1st and doing a good job at it so i thought,and get hit a Ton going into turn?....Iam I doing somthing wrong?? I dont block.And when a driver gets to a point when i know I have been beat I will let him go.But iam not always just going to let you take me easy when i iam still on pace for the spot.Is that wrong?....Getting hit when racing door to door...O well...but getting hit in the rear is just getting old??....PS knowing you will get around a Driver....and getting around a driver are 2 very diff things in racing

Hey Jean, no problem. Actually, I don't remember any certain moment that you're talking about. I think you did the best you could and thats all that I ask. That track is too small, that problems with getting around lapped cars always occurs. Just happens, no biggie.

Lousiest second place race ever. I was uninterested in finishing the race pretty early on with all the problems, not because people were driving poorly, but because of the dumb penalties. Actually, I was happy with the quality of the driving. It was cleaner than an actual bristol race!

I think this mindset helped me finish, it was mostly about just finishing and it allowed me to stay clean (as possible) and I stayed on the lead lap. Just didn't have anything for Tom and JR at the end, they were too fast, especially at the beginning of a run where they just ran away.

I just have a cpl things to say,

First for being Bristol this was a very clean race.

Second I am probably the happiest racer around, i Finished the race and I only caused 1 wreck

I came out loose in turn 2 hit the backstreach wall and tried to save it but there was a car under me and i clipped him.

I wont be at the next few races due to work but if it is ok I would still like to come on and practice at the tracks to get in some laps.

In closing I now know what Kyle Petty feels like when he finishes!

My race was cut short after 38 laps when I got DQ'ed for not serving a stop and go penalty. During a yellow, I did not get behind an 18th place car when I was in 12th place. I don't know why the computer told me to do that. I waited for the 18th place car to pass me, but it never did, prior to going green. The race stewart was unable to release the penalty in time. JR made it though. Perhaps the stewart should not have also been a driver. It seems too much for one person to handle.

The moral of this story is next time serve the penalty and lose a lap, then finish the race. It would have been more fun than sitting out almost the entire race.

The racing at Bristol is good. When the yellow comes out the game is absolutely broken and I`m not sure I really want to put up with it any more.
