first race with these cars. Was pleased with my qually postion as i had been practicing with the fw07 allday but had to change to the mp29 coz of the credit system . Took it easy at the start and managed to get up to 8th as a result of people falling off with quite a good battle with Emilio Jaque for a few laps.
Rogier was starting to catch me when i lost it in the stadium and damaged my steering so game over.

This time I am really upset with myself.

With an easy start, as usual, letting faster people go by till I found my pace I was feeling quite comfortable on track. I passed some mates and found myself 9th due to mistakes of people ahead when...

... someone abandoned the race and the chatbox popped, my eyes moved to the box to check if I was about to gain another position (I was about to become 8th - that means 1 point) and then I missed my brakepoint right before the first chicane, the one with the full metal tires tightly attached to the surface. Lack of concentration.

The rest is history, pitted to try to keep the car under control but it was impossible and I crashed loosing both front wheels. At that time I was so upset I quitted as well though I know I should've stayed on track to avoid the popping chatbox and maybe some game lag. Really sorry if that was a problem for anyone.

Apologize Christian, Emilio and everyone other for my stucked car on that chicane in 2nd lap.

Ruined my race, ruined others races, I feel very bad overall, maybe is enough from me in this series :(, even I enjoyed races.
But my painful point are first few laps, if I survive them I will good if not I've crashed, now I started to ruin other peoples races, thats too much.

Another fuckup AGAIN!

Got of to a good start, keeping in my mind that I should brake very early for the first chicane. When I got there I braked quite early but found Scott on the outside so there wasn't really much space to corner on so I let the car go straight intead of turning in and flying, spinning and crashing into cars.. Found myself on the cerb in the exit of the chicane, had to wait until all cars had passed and then started the chase. Got as far up as ~30s behind Jeffrey, and I then obviously had to loose concentration and knock my wheel of.

Blergh, shame on me as always.

Thought I'd be able to catch some points and.. I don't know actually, taste of DNFing is awfully sour.

Need to get my thoughts on something else and cool off, and hope I'll be able to run full distance next race.

Wow a great result for me. Enjoyed the first few laps as I had some battles with much better cars. But after that it got lonely again. 4th Race in a row in which I'm all alone :'(.

With 30 laps to go Chris was behind me with a gap of 30s. He was gaining around 1s a lap, so it would have been a close finish. But a shame he lost it.

With 4 laps to go I had terrible brakefade and all of a sudden I spun :O. Had to change bias from 50:50 to 54:46 as the back was very slidey.

Very pleased with 2nd in the FW06 :D.

My wheel was jacked up. I need to fix it.

First of all, that wasn't me Chris, that was Rolando who squezzed you up at the first chicane. I was about 16th at the time :P

Anyway, I missed the start of qual because I was eating dinner, so I couldn't do a lap (after Christian reminded me of the rules!) So I started 21st and last.

I waited about half a second to make sure the people infront of me got off the line, then I went, and a nice big hole opened up infront so I gained 5 places before turn one. I think I was 12th at the end of lap one, 8th at the end of lap 2, 4th and the end of lap 3 and I was chasing down Rolando for the lead by the 8th lap. I had a MAJOR scare at one point when I missed my braking point the first chicane by 100m. I knew those tyre barriers would kill me so I took my chances with the curbs and grass. Shot about 10 feet in the air but landed in a straight line and somehow survived undamaged and only loosing a second! Phew! Anyway, I caught Rolando a few laps later but he was weaving down the straight to make sure I didn't have room to pass, so I just sat there and waited for him to make a mistake. I ended up making the mistake loosing track of where I was going into the last turn, but I didn't hit anything. I did loose 2nd though to Jeff, but I got back passed him pretty quick, then saw Rolando upside down out of the first chicane so I took the lead.
At that point I took a look at my fuel and saw I was going to be extremely close at the end, so I spent the next 20 laps cruising around saving fuel, and loosing concentration more often than not. I drove 6 hours yesterday without a mistake and today I couldn't drive 6 minutes! At about lap 35 I had got to the point where I was safe on fuel so I pushed hard to the end and, suprise suprise, no more mistakes! I managed to stretch the lead from 10 seconds to 1m25 and took the chequered flag.

Wow..What a race. My neck is killing me now. That's what you get for trying to compensate for the insane rattling of the steering wheel and at the same time trying to adjust to the center being 45 degrees off..LOL.

I got a decent qual time. 1.5 secs off my PB ,but I knew it wouldn't matter much anyway so decided to pit and call it a day.

Got off to a slow start,dropped a couple of places. I let people pass and focused on not crashing and trying to get into a rhythm.

Things were going well..Until Milan spun in the chicane on lap 2..PANIC. Suddenly it was chaos in front of me with cars going left and right to avoid hitting him. Unfortunately I was not able to get by and the impact sent me flying and bits and pieces of my car was all over the place :-(

At that point I was ready to quit and accept defeat. But I thought: NO F*CKING WAY AM I GOING TO NOT FINISH A RACE AGAIN..

I decided to get through even if it meant finishing last. I got to the pits. Unfortunately the mechanics didn't have the skills and/or equipment to fit a new front left suspension,so they decided to only replace the front wing. Thanks a lot f*ckers ! :-)

Well.. I was off again. This time with approx. 10 degrees toe out at the front due to the busted suspension,so my top speed was below (normally would have been 312) and the wheel was 45 degrees to the right and rattling like crazy. This was going to be TUFF...

First couple of laps were awful. I was barely able to lap below 2min. During practice I could do 50-51 race pace. Didn't look to good. But after a while I began to get used to it. I did have an off here and there but I was able to lap low 1m54s so only 4s off pace. It was OK. I knew I wasn't going to win or anything but at least I could finish.

During the race people started crashing and I slowly crawled up into top 10. Suddenly I was in 8th. GREAT ! 1 point :-)

My stubbornness had paid off. And with 1 credit less I can still get my Renault for next race :-)

Way to tough it out Christian! Pretty exciting race. Everyone appeared to be clean on lap 1, but I had a feeling chaos was coming. I drove cautiously. Let people pass when they got an opportunity. Had a good battle with Roberto for a while, but I found some speed in a few places and began to pull away from him. Guess I didn't practice enough.

Congrats to Scott. And nice to see Samuel make his return and take 4th to give me an extra point over Kevin and Peter. :)
