Well....
A good race all in all for me, except for a couple of offs. I only had about 15 min in the car before the race. Had no setups for the biturbo, so had to do it on the fly. My first stint was actually very good, with a slight off just before taking tires and fuel.

Second stint was awful. Lost lots of time, but managed to get past johann in the G3, who had a shorter pit stop than me. I went back and forth in 8th and 9th with Johann, but kept having tire issues towards the end. Lost a spot to a bmw that abruptly spun or ran out of fuel with a lap to go, so I stuck back in 9th and played it safe since I was 40 secs behind the next G2. No chance to catch anyone.

I find the biturbo extremely difficult to maneuver with 1 gallon of gas and 28% rear tire wear.

Got slammed going into T1 on lap 4. I was hit so hard, I think he forgot where his brake pedal was.

Geez. I know I did terrible, but that's no reason to leave me off the finishing order. ;-/

A fun race for me

Qualy went well since i was using standard setup coz of no practice before race, actually i came home before 15 min to qualy lol. Grats Rob btw nice pace :)

In first half of the race Rob me and Milan were too close to each other and waiting for a mistake. Then as usual my crap driving paid off and my tyres got worn before other guys lol. So Milan was gaining on me and trying to pass me in every corner before pits. When we started to lap g3 cars i had to slow down a bit before s\f straight and Milan got advantage on me then passed me with a great and clean late braking. Then Rob and Milan started to increase gap on me.

I entered pits a lap later than others becasue my tyres gets worn too early and i didnt want to hear that message in 2nd half. I entered pits and came out 2nd which was a surprise for me because i made mistake in pits which caused me 5 secs or so. But Rob was over 20 secs ahead of me. After pits Milan was 5 secs behind of me and started closing the gap then at late 3rd of the race he caught me we fought like 4 or 5 laps, but he couldnt find a chance to pass me. Rob was 5 secs ahead of me in the end i think he was taking it easy too much :P

Grats Rob on the win and grats Milan for a great pass and thanks for being fair :)

Qual was a really bad, 1.5 sec slower then my best, but my race flying start was even worse :).
Tolga got me into the first corner and rest of the race was a history, just kidding -:)
Great battle and driving Tolga, grats to you and specially to winner Rob.

I need to mention, I had a stop and go penalty after my first stop due pit speeding (press the wrong button), ahh.

Milan

This explains why u were my back Milan after pits lol :)

That was a very exciting race, I am just gland I finished with no issues and a top 5, is all I could ask for.

That Twin turbo porsche is very tricky. I think towards the end of it, it started driving by itself. I ened up using mediums all the way around. Softs are not an option in a this car unless your qualifying. I was losing grip in the rear when the full go low, I wonder if I should have used hard rears, the temps seemed to get higher as the full droped.

Anyways had a blast, my apologizes to the viper, I wasnt sure what you planned to do, and it go slick coming out of the chicane, I hope I didnt cause you troubles.

Also I got into the back of a beamer in the pit area, I belive it was tolga, my apologizes for that, I mistook u for having a pit box farther up.

I had a great qual setup for this event, but my Race setup left much to be desired. After about 20 minutes the car was a handful with tire warnings on every lap after 20 mins mark. I pitted 1 lap earlier than I had plan because of my tire situation - also had either Tolga or Milan on my rears looking for a way by.

Pit stop was uneventful, came out in 8th, a few laps later while everyone else cycled their pit stops I found myself in 1st with a 20+ second gap?? Don't understand that? Really expected either or both Tolga/Milan in front after the stops.

So basically I was trying to conserve fuel and tires since I knew my fuel situation would be close since I pitted one lap early. Gap was staying at about 20+ sec and then I made mistake lapping Don which sent me into the kitty litter. Got back going but the gap was now 8 seconds.

Knowing how bad my race setup was and I had just hit tire warnings, I was thinking I was in trouble. Then I got the fuel warning and had to really back it down and short shift my last 2 laps. I think this was a lucky win for me.

FIRST...SORRY TO BRANDON, SORRY SORRY SORRY AGAIN!!!!!!! YOU HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN... i don't know how many time i can say i'm sorry to make it up to you and if you file a protet, i'll understand!!! believe me, i've been in your place before and thats racing, and i don't usually drive like that, you can ask Tim and Charles(independant series), but i also would like to explain my point of view. To my surprise, i saw you were in broblems because i was able to catch you after you passed me, i followed you to see were i could do the move and saw that in that turn, you use to go very wide, and i was able to keep the inside, so i went for it, you protected your position, but when it came down to braking, i locked up and i wasn't sure if i touched you, i didn't felt it, that's why i didn't stop, i tought you went by yourself, and for Gabon, i'm sure i didn't touch you, just in case you wonder!! watched the replay. So, in all, i'm very sad for that ending, because i was going to say how much fun and clean and gentlemen this 3 way fight was!!! :(

How stupid can a game be?!? Was keeping within a few sec from the top 3, waiting for the second stint to be a bit shorter and get the max out of my tyres. Then I saw Daniel in my pit stall. Had to wait a whole minute which meant no hope for top 5. I quit in disgust.

One other thing: quali session is not a race. When a faster driver comes behind you AFTER you make some mistakes on your own (which means this lap is not a fast lap anymore) PLEASE let him by. I got two of my laps ruined in this situation. I won't point a finger, but this just isn't a fair behavior.
