Wow, that was a blast, but boy was I nervous. 7 cars within a second of pole, 10 cars finished within 60 seconds of the winner.

Samu leading and low on gas with 5 to go, then Frank pulled in too I guess for the same reason. Then it looked like Richard and Alan ran out on the last lap.

And Edwin - started right at the back and caught me in 3rd on the last lap. I think I was saved by the finish line.

Great racing all, especially Dennis and those in their first race. I had a brief look at the replay and I thought it was extremely clean for 22 cars on a short, bumpy track. Not even a spin on the first corner!

Does anyone know why Richard is listed ahead of Alan in the results despite both DNF'ing on the last lap, but Alan closer to the finish line? Yet the class results seem to be correct?

Jonty, it's just one of those odd-ball things. The good thing is that the R2P scoring goes off the class position, not overall.

What happened to the server???? I got kicked off??!?!?

Has never happened to me before.

This was my first open wheel event in R2P. Qually was very tight, and i managed to get fairly good lap. Track was so full of drivers and it was hard to find space for hotlap.

In race i started fairly good, in start i made few mistakes. I managed to get in 4th position and was driving few secs behind top 4. Suddenly in same lap all drivers in front of me spinned in different places and then i was in first position. I was driving with very good pace and managed to get past slow drivers without any problems. I managed to pull about 5sec gap to 2nd driver. Few laps before end i noticed that fuel-low warning came to screen. I was so disappointed that i had to pit. In pit i made few minor mistakes and it took me more time than normally. I came back to track for 8th position. I cathed 7th position and overtook him.

I was happy for my driving, as i saw that i have make progression on my regular pace in races and also i have managed to make more less mistakes.

That's what I call Fun-Run.

I want to apologize to Simon T. for hitting him on turn 3 -sorry Simon it was all my fault.
What I saw from my car was a terrible amount of mistakes, great battles and fuel starving engines. Luckily I was able to cross the finish before my car stops completely just few meters after the line.

Great time had by me.
Came in thinking of top 5 Q and a podium for race. Suprised me to have pole till last second (literally) and Phil took it. Nice lap Phil!
Start was ok, Steve went from P4 on grid to P1 in T1. Excellent start Steve. I was sitting second and I think it was nick hounding me by the time we got to the downhill right hander, he dove inside me, I was just going to follow him see if we could catch Steve, I hit that dam bump off line and i went off. Rejoined and worked my way back into second, and sat there with about 5 second gap to Samu and he went low on fuel. Our gap stayed there, I wish i didn't make that mistake, and you not low on fuel, it would of been a nice battle. Nice pace Samu!

1st time I had to get around backmarkers and I must say very good job by all, they stayed on there line and it was our job to go around.....Great job guys.
Wish we could of raced Samu instead of ending like this.... but I'll take it.
