Rules forbid chatting during qualifying session and race. In fact no chat during qualifying and race is one of 10 cardinal rules of R2P. Chatting, during those sessions, is forbidden for a good reason, hence obey the effin' rule!

Qualifying:
Wasn't as good as it could have been, but even faster la ptime wouldn't change anything in the race, Jag is to slow for the cars ahead of me.

Race:
Race was ok, I was fastest of all Jag's, that's gotta count for something. Right? Right?

As I had no practice, took me few laps to find how much I can push the car.

Few little mistakes here and there, but it wasn't anything crucial.

Congrats Emilio and podium finishers.

chats and bad behaviour made this race one of the worst in my experience on R2P.
I'd like to ask 10 position penalization for chat in qual or race, because it's distracting, we expect messages ONLY from Steward(s).

First 2 laps were horrible with drivers all over the places (warps?), my aim was to finish as top as possible with the uber-slow Mercedes. I was doing a decent race in it, until Milesi punt me in the main straight braking point...without using me like a pinball barrier we should ask helicopter rescue to find him in some lonely Swedish forrest now....dude where you wanted to brake? BTW nice you admit it was your fault but [RANT]you did so far 5 races and 2 times I see you, 2 times you punt me out[RANT].

Oh boys difficult times when you have only slow cars choice, the same'll happen to you sooner or later ;)

Absolutely no excuse for me for what I did to the Samu's Ferrari in T1. Really shameful after watching replay - not a sign of overlap during turn-in, missed a braking - as a result - he is going off. Judging by the results - I suffered penalty - not complaining, but a little clearing things up would be nice.

For the first couple of laps I was just trying to avoid spinned cars, and after things settled down, found myself on 8th, which was quite amusing. Shortly after, Mike Miller blasted by, working his way up the field after some trouble. Not any chance for me to keep up with his Vette today. In the meantime, I was trying to escape Enis, but he was too fast (as for heavy Jag). His second attempt on me was successfull, leaving me in 10th, and that way I finished.

Well very happy with my debut here in Historic GT, although with car advantage of course... will have to pay my "debt" next race, being forced to pick the worst car.

All in all I think I got decent times in the AC Cobra, maybe should have picked a Lotus Elan for credits sake but what the heck, I wanted to win hehe, I can deal with lousy positions next race.

I'll try to race more often, so will my Chilean buddies (Mauricio and Fabrizio, and Rodrigo who had internet issues and couldn't run) and Borselli our Argentinian mate, we were all talking on TeamSpeak about how cleanly things are run here in R2P, so we will keep coming in different series. As for this series, I will be able to race about half of them, if my schedule allows that.

Two questions about rules:

1.- If I have only 1 credit, for a TC65 race, can I race? (the cheapest car is worth 2 credits).

2.- When you have 2 races the same day... what happens with the second? you have to calculate your credits using the first race? If that's so... you may have to race a car you have not prepared for...

This race was not typical of my usual experience at Race2Play.

Qualifying:

Reasonable, although I'm not certain what the heck was going on while we were all leaving pit. We only had 10 minutes to qualify, and there were 19 of us...

Race:

Start was reasonable until the first turn after the 'flightstraight'. Gasper Sitar passed me on the outside, slid in front of me and jammed on the brakes - so, of course, I punted him. So I'm thinking, 'great -now I've gotta do a drive-through, and I think I still have Auto-pit on, so this will take even longer'. I decided against it, and am willing to take whatever penalty the authorities feel is just, but I would ask that they watch the replay and maybe offer some advice on what I could have done to avoid it.

So anyway, I blow past the pits and now I'm feeling all nervous that I'm 'Robby Gordon'ing the rules, and I hose the corner after the straight. Fall back to 8th or so.

Fine, I'll work my way back. Going along ok, but had a heck of a time getting around Patrick Armand. Stuck my nose in a few places and got it pinched. Finally made a pass on the outside of 'Startkurvan' (the first of the banked turns after the 'flightstraight'). Worked my way up to Jonathan Law and spent a couple of laps trying a few places to go around him.

I ended up punting him - real bad. The punt wasn't too hard, but where he ended up was ugly. My deepest apologies Jon Law. I was going to run deep on the outside and cut under, but misjudged your brake point. Tried to miss and caught your right corner. Probably would have been better if I hit square. Sorry.

So after that, I'm looking in my mirror and feeling all bad and stuff, and I shoot right off the top of the very next corner (Startkurvan).

Lost a bunch of time there and most of my composure so there was no hope of moving farther ahead than 4th.

The whole race felt more like an open server online than the atmosphere that is usually pervasive in a R2P event.

Qualified 4th. I thought I will do a better time. In the first lap of the race someone hit me so I lost a couple of places and then in the second lap I made a mistake and landed in the middle of the track facing backwards. I saw a mercedes coming right into me so I hit esc as quickly as I could to avoid the accident. No harm done, wasn't even in a right mood to race.

I can see lots of complains about rough driving... I saw none but I was driving in front, all I can say is lapped cars behaved under r2p rules. I would like the stewards to take some action... maybe review the first lap replay. People who are not racing carefully enough should be warned or penalized.

well my first race is over and i have to start with appologize i hope i didnt get in the way to be honest i was trying to get my online working properly all week so i didnt even get to test the track and i was so busy i didnt relize what cars we were going to be racing so i never even race the car i took before today i tried to stay out of the way and unfortunately i only had time to run my laptop so i couldnt run a rear view mirror (grafic card wont support it on laptop) and of course i hadent had the g25 for more than a week so at the end of my first lap i put the pit speed limiter on by accident when i spun out on a corner and hit the button so i lost a couple laps because i thought i damaged my engine anyhow sorry again if i slowed you down and im looking forward to next weeks race going to get everything setup well ahead of time though oh and one question to be sure if you are above 10th position do u get an added 10 rental points thanks again
