RFaction Long Beach Grand Prix

Got turned by a couple front runners as they wanted by. It's you're responsibilty to make it go cleanly you fellas that are passing, not mine. I continued to just drive my line (just like everyone preaches) and I get the chrome horn. Please dont expect me or anyone on CT to just "move over" Taint gonna happen. Team orders. Find you way around us cleanly or you may force me to use the protest system.

Otherwise, my race went pretty good for the 1st event. I finished anyway. I'ts obvious it was like being with strangers out there today, but as the season goes on thing should smooth out some. Grats to George and the podium, see yas next time.

Idiot driver got idiot result. Dissapointed with qualy, I started by messing up lap one a dozen times. Then on lap 6 I managed to flip the car upside down just before the hairpin. When the marshals put her on her wheels those kerbs were too high and she would not move. Great start to the season-- I let my team down.

I had lots of fun despite the incidents in race and the KAMIKAZE move by D. M.. :)... I had a very bad moment in the beginning my FPS drop down to -10 and I almost hit the wall, but other drivers almost crash on me due to this technical glitch, damaged suspension, and lost 3 places...Pushed very hard as the setup was very stable compared to the Fun-Run... Very great battles all around...I had A. Cotton on my tail and moved one time, I admit a did an F-1 move, but next lap was good as I let him take his position...That was fun!!!...

This is the greatest "OW" series! Period!!!

good race. i would have been happy just to get into the top 10 so i was very surprised to get on the podium. im looking forward to a good season with you guys. i wont be able to make the montreal race though because i'll be in . . . . MONTREAL lol

I had a lot of racing to do in the last few days,ergo,no practice.However,things were going well at 13th,with a possible top 10 spot when there was a power fluctuation and the puter shut down.

Frustrating race for me. I was ok with a 12th place quali. But then during the warm up lap my Force Feedback reversed itself! Suddenly the walls were magnets. I unplugged my FF and raced without it for the whole race. Not being used to this, it affected me greatly. My lap times were about 1 1/2 seconds slower than my normal race pace. I am relieved that I finished at least. Sorry Jeff, I think I spun into your path at one time. I just overpowered the wheels and lost it. Was not my intent.

Qualy, went okay, could have been better but Ill take P3 in this field.

Race, started off well, I paced myself behind my teammate for 30 laps until we hit traffic, from there it was dodge ball city, a few laps later he ran into trouble, I took P2 and ran with it, I ran a comfortable pace to keep P2 in check. There were a few really screwy things that happened, first I was following Omar b/w T4 & 5 and his car disappeared, it never re-appeared so I don’t know what kind of lag that was but strange, I followed Bob for a few laps until he decided to play pinball off of the T2 wall and have a drive thru the fountain area, I hope he filled up his water bottle, a few laps later Ryan was testing out his drifting maneuvers b/w 3 & 4 and collected my winglets taking on some damage, Then heading into T7 there was a pile-up, I did everything I could to avoid hitting anything and looped it, I was a sitting duck for the next guy coming around the corner, and it was Ryan, Your force feedback was a magnet to my car LOL, you clipped me pretty well but no serious damage occurred :) then with 10 laps remaining I got dive-bombed going into T7 which I took on serious damage, my wheel was twisted 20 degrees for the last laps. All-in-all a lot of fun. One of these days Ill try to keep George honest.

Everybody showed great sportsmanship out there today allowing the faster cars thru.

I dont know who it was at the start there, John Barbour maybe? but I'm sorry for my bone head pass, I was sad to end it in T1, but was thanking my "Le Coq du Bonheur" that I didn't take anyone else out. I felt bad enough just for taking that stupid risk, at least only I had to suffer from it though. I'll learn from this one:)

Just want to thank Omar for sending me a setup, very stable but I'm just not up to running consistent laps in these things. Managed a 1:05.242 lap with it. Guess you sent me a second su but I never saw it, good thing I noticed it had very little fuel for qual I guess and add more for race.

Just a one time deal for me as I live in Long Beach and just had to run this race. I can't remember ever having this many spins and crashes in any race at R2P! I damaged my car on the 1st lap and am surprised I was able to keep up with anyone at all, but managed to have some fun laps racing with the guys while I could keep it on the track.

After a rather successfull practice race at Longbeach I thought I'd give this series a try (again). It turned into total disaster only 3 laps into the race. Someone left his frontwing in the first corner (if someone wants it, it can be picked up together with mine at the front desk ;-)). Somehow I tried to avoid it (why is beyond me???) and hit the righthand tyrewall pretty hard.

Back in the pits my car got repaired and I was on my way again, but not for long...... Only 2 laps after the stop I messed it up again in the first corner. Back to the pits again, pitout...another lap.....and bang into the lefthand wall. Decided to park it before worst things would happen.
