what a mess. i had the pace to easily get 2nd in qualifying but coming around the sweeper in sector two i came up on a slow running Berube in the middle of the track and couldnt change my line quick enough. that was that.

i filled my tank to the brim and started 17th. in the first few laps i made rapid progress and found myself in 6th place by lap 11. i was tailing the guys in 4th and 5th when they tangled in a slow corner and went off. (finally, i'll have some clear air where i can start to really drive!) as i passed them, Zargani re-entered the track into the racing line and i nailed him. ok, back down to 11th. great. atleast i didnt take any serious damage. then a couple laps later i'm following Cummings through the final corner when Guillaume, who's race was essentially already over, decided to re-enter the track right on the exit of that very fast corner and block Cummings, who rear-ended him and swerved to the right, right into the path i had chosen to get by them. i took heavy damage and only realized it just after i had passed the pit entrance. halfway through that lap i just had to exit the game because i was so angry.

accidents happen in racing, but the one incident i can't excuse was the one involving Guillaume. what the hell were you thinking? there were three or four of us about to come through there and he just decided to drive right into the racing line. if it was in the heat of the moment just after he had gone off it would be one thing, but he was a lap down and wasnt fighting with anyone. couldnt he have waited 5 seconds for the traffic to pass?

what a waste.

I had damage from it the rest of the race that couldn't be repaired. Thought I would run with Berube and just put in some laps, was happy with my pace but after that incident I was done also. Had fun with Scott on my butt while it lasted.

My race can be summed up in one word: disaster. I couldn't make a good setup and was well over 7 secs. off pace, had a couple of spins and after the third pitstop I didn't feel like going for a fourth one.

After the race at Rouen I thought I could handle these cars smooth enough to be in my usual 12th~16th position, but this track prooved me wrong in my assumption. Have to work more for next one.

Yeah i appologize John. I went off about 5 seconds prior. Waited for Max to go by then rejoined. Started to get going then saw you coming fast. So i moved to the inside as much as i could. Gave you the racing line, just was a quicker turn than i thought i was in. So for that i'm sorry was trying to let you by, just bad placement on my part.
Had a high wing setup and just wasn't fast enough. But had good control and just had a few minor mishaps. I did see the incident with John and Dennis. I think it was the last corner. Cars all over the track. Almost wrecked myself trying to avoid it. Till then was running with Dennis about 10 laps. Nothing new!! lol Foudn comfrot following him for we were running similar lines and times. I knew i couldn't even get close to him, the aero would just toss me around. Other than that pretty basic race. I just sucked and was glad to finish. Good to see my teammate Fran finished 8th after his few mishaps. We're second in points i believe. Let's keep it up boys!

Made wayyyyy too many mistakes, first 10 laps or so were really fun as i was fighting with Rob for 3rd, but, aeropush rules, as it is almost impossible to overtake on this track, you always had a fast corner before a long stretch so you could not get close enough to outrun at the end. race went like this, from 4th to 8th, to 6th to 12th to 5th, to 8th to 6th etc.... had a really good car and i am dissapointed with my driving, something that didn t help also, when you have to lap a car that doesn t want to be lapped, and you meet him 4 times, i saw him give a lot of troubles to others too, i think he can recognise himself, he even tried to retake his position at the end of the straight at the cost of putting him out too???? anyway...

Lovely series, although this aeropush is ridiculous-- especially at a place like Road America. I was happy with my progress in practice, although in qualy I had really only two good laps and I had a bit of traffic.
Race would have gone much better if I did not have a bunch of issues, some of them self-inflicted. A couple of drivers spun in front of me, but I also went off track in a couple. My worst mistake though was in my first pit, after service, as I was leaving my pitstall I accidentally hit the wrong button on my wheel and disengaged my rev limiter for a fraction of a second: by the time I realized it I had gone over the speed limit just enough to incur a drive through which with the length of this pitlane was a nightmare. My other big error was in the second stint trying to catch up I lost her in T1 and while I did not hit anything I lost a ton of time.

Qualy, went Okay, on my last flyer lap and up -0.48 I thought it would be good for P2 but I hit traffic and that was that.

Race, I had huge expectations, starting P3 and all I had to do was place some pressure on George and things would settle out in the first few laps, I never got past T1 L1 w/o a problem, I got a run on George going into T1 but made a wise move to back off and not allow the aero push to mess with my race, well I didn't leave enough room as it sent me into the T1 wall taking on heavy damage, I pitted the same lap, my crew worked feverishly for 50 seconds to give me a Lola I could finish the race with, they did good, really a grey goose bottle to everyone of them good, the car telemetry was lit like a xmas tree, damage everywhere. I continued to chip away at positions as it would take me all 38 laps and 3-pitstops to get back into a fair finishing position.

I was looking to battle George head to head for the first time and I could not all because of the aero push. He had to hang back at least a second or more from me just to keep his car on the track. All I had to do was drive my car and he could do nothing about it, not because he wasnt fast enough to catch me, but because he couldnt get that opportunity to even try to pass me, all due to the exagerated aero push. That ABOSLUTELY SUCKS in my opinion.

I dont understand why R2P must threaten to drop CCWS just because the PARTICIPANTS would like to see a patch to help make the RACING better. F1-2005 was updated to help make the RACING better (brake disc fix), TPSCC was updated, ARCA is going to be updated, etc., etc., this should be no different. A most hypocritical and dissappointing stance to take.

If we are not able to RACE each other, then I see no point in showing up for race day any longer. I want this series to be everything it can be. I want all of us to enjoy it as much as we can. I want to us all to be able to RACE (by race I mean side by side, nose to tail). We have not been able to do that with V1.4.
