WOW... Disco with 12 to go... Bad race... Won't say much, but Francesco, don't do that m8!!!...When you get close, just wait until the next straight and you make the pass... You damaged my rear suspension and pretty much screwed half of my race, then disco took care of the other half.

I would like to bring up the "no chat" rule at this time. Hopefully you all will understand, there is NEVER a reason to chat during the race. Doesn't matter how angry you are or how panicked you are, you simply do not chat. I will be handing out penalties for every line of text I see in future events.

great race. i established my place in 3rd fairly early on while 1 and 2 ran away, but then i realized jeff stibling had slowed down and only had about 12 seconds on me with like 35 or 40 laps to go, so i decided to try my luck. i think he got slowed by traffic a lot at one point because the gap dropped to about 4 and from there i could really attack. when i caught him the first time i hit the boost down the pit straight and made a pretty clean pass and it looked like i could hold it but then i made an error in the 3rd sector which allowed him to get back past me after a little dueling. from then on he just never made a mistake and i didn't feel comfortable relying on the boost to get by. i'd always gain on him in the 1st sector and couldn't close in the 2nd because it's high-speed. he was much better in the 3rd sector where it matters in order to get by on the straight. on the last lap i turned up the pressure a bit and boosted out of the last corner but it just wasn't enough. great race, jeff.

As the post race report is being printed, the crew is looking for the gremlin that that jumped into the rear dif of My LMTC Motorsports Lola Cosworth ChampCar.

Qualy, as they say, you got to put it on the board when it counts, and unfortunately I didn't, but starting P2 isn't too bad.

Race, I changed my strategy as we went to race, I was looking at a conservative but extended run taking a chance I could hang with George and give him a fight he is so desperately seeking. I fell into a groove keeping George in sights, then the chat window...Geez, Omar Friend...Please don't do that, this really hurt during the next few laps. Pit stop 1, I am pulling in my box as George is pulling out, I am happy with my driving, from here out it goes to crap, My car went from a dream to drive to a nightmare after my first pit, it became so loose it was a coin toss if I could keep it on the track exiting T1, I would work up 12 second gaps on John and throw it all away in T1 with a lazy spin 5 or 6 times and many opposite lock saves :(

This race series is the best on R2P for 1 reason, I had a blast racing john all afternoon, it was fast, clean and challenging, I really appreciated the sportsmanship show out there today, Kuddos John, and thank you to the every competitor for allowing clean easy passing all afternoon.

Unfortunately during practice I was taken away by some non-racing stuff, which allowed me to sit back in my cockpit just as qualy started-- even though I practiced that half hour distraction didn't help. Qualy was predictably a disaster, as I crashed heavily in my second good lap at T2 and qualied 2 seconds off my best pace.
The race started well, but I think on lap 2 or 3 I made a mistake at that hated T2 (haven't seen the replay yet) and crashed hard and damaged my car. I restarted dead last and my car was terrible, but I dug my heels in. I caught Omar rather quickly and I was very impatient because I did not want to spend too much time behind him. I wanted to pass him on the front straigth and I got a great exit out of the last turn. It was so great I was totally caught by surprise and I hit him square in the back: obviously my fault. I now had bad damage to front and rear of the car. I drove hard the rest of the race, and my 6th place was good considering the first 10 laps of the race but very bad considering my pace in practice. I have a love-hate relationship with these cars.

i saw it was, like anticipated, a fun race, which i missed, but the next one is definitly a go, will be in my close to home track, FAKE FRANCE!!!! like Jeff said?????
And Dennis, i saw we are 1 point back in team cchip, that's why i am going to work hard in practice this week so we can gain back 1st!!!

Just to make it clear for all... I typed a quick chat which was "???", then another driver typed a long chat message, not me!...Yes, it was wrong for typing 3 letters, but I did not typed 2 long sentences... To fix that problem for next race I just cleared the quick chats on my B-Box. Jeff, so sorry if I messed up your concentration m8...
