Hidden Valley 100k

Started 3rd and took Heinz on the outside of T1 after a slightly better start. Then I stuck very close to Mike and got a chance into T1 but didn't make it stick, some very close driving there though. I went for it again on the next lap and must have spooked Mike or something because he went wide and I took the lead and Heinz followed me through into 2nd. I built a bit of a lead gradually and took it easier once the tyres started to go. Slowed down at the end so we could do an APR photo finish to celebrate our 1, 2.
Unlucky to Mark for the disco, I'm sure you would have been there hassling me once my tyres started to go.
Grats to Heinz and Mike for the podiums.

Grats to Darren on the win and Mike with the 3rd

Qualified well, with a PB and was looking good from the front row.

Darren and mike got better starts and i settleed in for 3rd.. almost wiped darren out under braking for T1 early on in the race, but was just a small brakezone miscalculation, and luckily on TS were able to avoid a collision.

Once darren got passed mike, who was coming back on track from the kitty at T1, i was nervously waiting mike to catch up because i knew he was faster, and when he did, it was pretty much a thrill ride to the end. great racing..
