Good race, congrats MC and AC.
I hung in there for a while, but AC kept his pace longer and passed me. MC had the best pace and caught up and blew by after his very early off. A slide at the very end of the first half put me back 5 extra seconds. I put on mediums since they felt good in practice, also had a safe gap to 4th, and I figured maybe I could hold my pace longer and fight at the end when they're softs are red but nah my pace on meds was 56's 57 so I was nowhere close, but plenty of gap back to 4th.Goodrace, fun to be on top for a few laps ;p

Grats Mau on a good win and an excellent 1 2 for the team. I had a great run with Ryan for the 1st 15 laps and finally got him with a better exit on the s/f straight which gave me a good run for the pass. Pit stop was a bit of a strange one and Mau passed me during that phase. After that it was just a question of taking care of my tyres and assuring Mau we were under no pressure and I wasnt going to make a run at him, the team result is more important. I dont think I would have caught him anyway! See you all at Monza.

First I messed up the start of the race by not waiting for the lights. I was a bit nervous :D

Only nearly at the end of the formation lap I found out that I loaded the wrong setup. The steering lock was set a bit lower than on the other one. Because of that I failed to make the turn leading onto the long back straight.

After my off I was trapped behind Dennis M. who was much faster than me on the straight. As I thought that passing on any other part of the circuit than the two long straights and the corners leading on and off of them I soon realised I could do nothing but wait for an opportunity. Being behind Dennis I saw the gap to Ryan and Allen increase I thought I wouldn't be able to catch them anymore. I was delighted when I saw that I was catching them rapidly when Dennis was gone.

Ryan went off onto the grass a couple of laps before halfway so I was in 2nd again at that point. Allen went into the pits and I followed about 3 seconds after. I didn't request my pitstop properly (I requested it, but didn't get the 'crew is ready' message yet) so I figured that Allen would be long gone by the time I could leave the pits, but somehow my pitstop finished about 6 seconds sooner than Allen's.

Back in 1st (virtually) again I decided to just lap at a constant pace and to be not too hard on the tyres (since the rear-left was red when I went in for my stop).

Congrats to Allen and Ryan as well :)

Oh btw, is this mod returning next season? I don't want to see it end the way the Panoz mod did, loved that mod :)
