what times r we looking at and will this track have any grip for a car other than a volvo

um 124's?

Probably 1.22s from the fast guys if i can almost get in the 1.24s.

Question. Whenever I try to join the online server and enter the password, it says "Join Timed Out". It won't let me in. Hmmm. Still a newbie to RFactor.

Not sure, Johnny but you should try the help forum, lots of people respond there quickly.

I just did a short session there for the first time in my Porsche. I got a couple 25s and could see myself getting 24s if I gave it a good hour. 22s wouldn't surprise me for qual times at least. I'd think 23s would be a pretty fast race pace for the tires.

I must add,i always practice with race setup,in this case 16laps fuel and the race tyres.In fact i have never tried the stickers.

the stickers are brutally short-lived. Even in qualifying I think it's most effective to pit halfway through and put on new stickers. You get basically two laps of optimal grip from them and then they drop to average for a bit and then go to hell pretty fast from there. I am comfortable making the heat cycled tires last 30 minutes but 50 minutes seems like a stretch, which the documentation says they are able to do, but damn.

Well,if this mod is in for S10,i want 50min races.

Thanks Justin. For some reason or maybe I thought, there was a password and when I came back half an hour later, it changed. Second password let me in.

I'm still getting use to Rfactor. A bit different from GTR2. Still learning how to set up the car properly so this race won't be anything fast for me. More of a learning experience then anything else. Steer clear from the Caddy.

I did 1.25's a few times but won't be running anything that fast.
