What a crappy race :(

I got the pole. Pablo overtook me in the start but he went wide and I recovered my position. In the second lap I had lag PC problems, I don't know what happened, but I lost about 8 seconds and I went from 1st to 7th or 8th, I was lucky because I didn't crash.

I was fighting with Allen when his car went through mine and I rolled it over, don't know why, I suppose it was a mod bug or lagging problems, because that happened too in the final lap when I was fighting with Pete.

Fun cars, that's for sure. Great feeling when you hit the corner with just the right amount of slip.

Unfortunately, I had an urgent matter pop up and no choice but to bail. Blows to take a DNF like that, but, hey, fun while it lasted.

I feel very lucky to have got a podium out of that but I'll take it.
I didn't get off the line too well and Tim got alongside me, whilst Zak was on my other side, I stayed on my line and kept my foot down as long as I dared but I lost my bottle before the other two and hung back slightly into T1. That paid off when the PSR guys went wide along with some others sliding through there a bit, I passed a few cars on the inside and came out back alongside Tim but he had the line into the next corner and I had the line into the wall. So I had to lift again and try to slot in behind, but Allen sneaked through aswell. After all that I was still somehow in 6th, exactly where I started!
I got by Tim when he had a half spin in T2 and was still getting back up to speed, and I passed Allen when he got a bit loose onto the back straight and I got a great run on him. Pablo G was storming back through the field after his lag problems and I couldn't do anything to keep him behind me and when he caught Pete, I caught up to him too. I soon got a great draft off Pete and he wasn't concerned about fighting me into T1, and let me go.
Pablo disappeared and I just had myself to worry about after that, managed to keep it together and get a very welcome podium.

Sset a PB in quali, good for 4th. Watched 2 drivers go off at T1 and took 2nd.
Pablo M started dissapearing, and went from 1 second to half a second infront of me, then dissapeared again and never saw him again ... ? Found him in the list down the field a few laps later.. odd.. unlucky

Pulled away from the rest of the field, but Pablo G was making a storming comeback, got me 2 laps from the end.. nice peacefull first race

Had a fun battle with Allen in about the last 5 laps of the race but ran too much downforce to be able to pass him at the end of the straight so had to do my best coming off the corner. Also went with the engine braking setting at 0 which didnt help me.

Got alongside a few times coming across the line in the final laps and worked out what I needed to do on the last lap but didnt get quite enough drive off the final turn so couldnt get properly alongside.

Only joined as a favor for Tim, had some good fun with Zak but I wont be coming back!

what's a race!!

I joined just after finish the GT Sport race and had 10 min to refresh my memory about this car and track since the last season.

In first laps had lots of problems to drive the car, fortunately I made a good qualy time in last minute, but in the 1º corner of the race I lost all positions. Then made a very good recovery with a one high stress situation:
I was P2 and I wasted half of my fuel, then I saw how the timer show "17min" and I though it was a countdown (like GTR2) and I hadn't enough fuel to finish. At this moment I was completely nervous and I crashed the car and made a spin.

Fortunately in few seconds I understood that it wasn't a countdown and the race will finish in 30-17=13 min. Buffff, I breath deep and push has hard as I can, even faster as before with red lights in the damage scheme.

I was very happy when catch and overtake Heinz's BMW. Congrats all

Pd: hay pablito pablito, en la primera curva me dejaste sin espacio mamoncete xDDD. Ese pequeño toque me desequilibro y no pude frenar a tiempo, menos mal que gracias a eso la carrera fue pura diversion y todo un reto, que sino te iba a correr a gorrazos ;)

Pa la proxima me meteré en el TS aver si pa la proxima nos ponemos de acuerdo para dar la curva todas juntas xDDD
