PCC: Sepang

Well my crap luck continues in this series. Was running 11th with a chance of a top 10, until on L24 my PC completely crashed & locked up! This is the 3rd or 4th time with this new PC & rF, so I'm beginning to suspect a driver problem or something.

Disco'd with 2 minutes to go. Good race lying in 4th then bang.

Absolutely miffed. Great battles with Mossy, Minton and de Klein throughout the race.

Well.. Decided not to Q. I knew Lintons (i hope its you that sent setup right?:) setup was OK since i filled it with fuel and made 2:04.4 in practice.

Race started great and i was up around 10 in T2, but didnt see Petrescu on the inside there (dead angle) and when i turned in i was spun. Not his fault that time.

But it was his fault for T1 mayhem tho.. he made a real mess there, i was watching mirrors and avoiding him before T1!

Anyway back to my race: Now back to 25th after T2 chances of 1st place were gone. 1st lap was just too bad by that point.

But i fought back well and got close to 2nd but that was all i could do from that far back. Maybe if i had not put 7 laps too much of fuel into my car in pits... who knows hehe..

Still happy with the race. Grats Jan and Toni.

My first online race ever. Guess if you felt offended but my driving that was the explanation. Surprised that I stayed on the track that much and didnt cause more crashes. I was too slow of course but Im happy I didnt finish last of the cars running.

sorry to anyone who got caught up in my PC freeze at Turn 1. I had a few issues throughout the night so I knew it would happen, just not when it did.

That dropped me to 25th/Last and I just thought "what the hell", spun the car around and pushed on. the same thing happened a few times during the race, ended up dropping to last yet again and making up the positions once more.

I drove the whole race with damaged aero and it really bogged me down, but not enough to stop me finishing in the top 10. I stayed out of trouble mostly and took drivers where I could. I got into a rhythm of overtaking drivers at the last turn, because they would brake far too late and go straight on in a cloud of smoke.

Thanks to the guys who watched my broadcast, it's available on demand. I will try and fix the choppiness for next time!

Yeah it was my setup Janko, great job. I had a stupid half spin onto the grass and we dragged raced into the final turn with me getting sideways under braking and taking to the grass lol. ;-]

Teo Petrescu you have to watch out a bit more next time. Or do some more practice. You messed turn 1 by braking way too late and hit someone. That here usually means you have to do a drive-thru pits.

Its your first race you will learn in time how to drive in crowded 1st lap. It takes a lot of effort to go around lap 1 with such big field without trouble.

Its nothing against you im sure you will learn in time how to avoid these accidents but please remember this are not public servers where there is chaos, these events try to be as real as possible and we all have to drive a bit safer here.

Well my race was just terrible. I had difficulty driving the car here, dunno why, guess it didn't really suit my driving style (particularly the Esses out back). I qualified 11th but then this whole issue similar to Liam really kicked into play during the race, as i'm used to driving at around 40fps. Today it was more like 15 and add to that the game kept freezing a few times it really was a waste of time trying to drive like that.

I have to say - I won't miss these cars when we stop using them. I find them really too much of a brick to drive. :P

Good race, I take it few people never changed tires ? Got a lucky forth after James CTD and Roger went off near the end both were quicker.

Kieron Peace, forgive me for hitting, I brake too late and this Porsche is still for me a great unknown, and also all those whom I have struck, my apologies. I sweat, but worth it, with lots of cutting grass and collecting sand, dancing waltz, the only thing I was sure that I can not give up. Proudly last congratulate and salute to the first.
