I qualied sixth which was unbelievable to me. But I had a sneezing fit at the exact moment we got the green light so I would like to thank everyone behind me for not running over me. Sorry about the poor start.

...I can't resist...Damn Matthew, do you have pics????!!! Just kidding! My girlfriend likes to watch me race...tells me everything I'm doing wrong!

Pretty happy with the outcome as 05 Motorsport takes the Team Championship & I end up 2nd in the drivers title,that's the good news.

Qualified 3rd for this one but didn't get the greatest of starts which let Joao get alongside then going into turn 1 I get hit from behind then into turn 2 get hit for a 2nd time by the same guy...both times I was able to hold it....what the hell that was about I don't know.Anywho sustained suspension damage from that & was lucky to be able to finish 4th as the car was very tail happy.

Very disappointing end to a disappointing season for me. I really thought I could get some top 5’s in this series, but the racing Gods were not with me this season. When I had the pace, I had some bad luck, and when I had a clean race, I just didn’t have the pace. My apologies to my team for such a poor performance this series. I think they would have gotten the team championship if it weren’t for my poor results.

Last night was a good pace for me. Had a good start but blew the entry to the right turn after the back straight. I broke way late and tried to hang on but got the car a little sideways and then was bumped by another car. I saw a car dive into the pits after that, so I hope I didn’t cause anyone else grief. If who ever it was, was doing a DT, I think it was as much my fault as anyone’s, so I hope they didn’t do a DT for a punt. After that I had some slight damage but continued but on the next lap thru the chicane, the car became very unstable and once again, off track but this time into the wall which led to a lengthy pit stop for repairs. On a good note, it was very nice to see Scott back on track and as usual, putting in some great laps. He drove like he was never away.

I hope these cars make a comeback soon. I still enjoy racing these cars even though I had a terrible season. Thanks to Team Guia for sponsoring a great series and thanks to all that showed up for the races. See you all very soon I hope and thanks for a great time.

Charlie

Practiced quite a bit for this event, but never broke into 1:45's. I was the one who bumped you Charlie. I was wondering why you were traveling so slow in that corner. :/ Anyway, I almost was able to avoid contact. Was one of those slow motion moments where you just say to the car ssslllooowww down! But alas, slight bump, Charlie goes off the road, and we both wreck. I hope no one else suffered damage, sorry about that. I suffered significant suspension damage which gave me a loose rear and understeer. I served the drive thru but sped in pit lane, so I also had to do a stop and go next lap. In short, pitiful driving performance for me.

Yes Ryan, I was way slow there. Sorry I caused the accident. I’m not used to running in a pack with fast cars yet. I was not able to get out of the 48’s, but with some great coaching from Vincent, he got me running consistent mid 46’s. My problem is, after all this time sim racing, I’m so used to running at the back with other slow cars, but when I get some speed, I get nervous because I don’t want to ruin someone else’ race. I will try harder next season and work on not being so nervous!
