That was a blast, but man do I not like these m3's, bring back those m3's from gtr1. I had no practice, no setup, and I finished very well for me ;)

Well after all the warnings and cautions spoken i was punted in the first corner, and i took somebody with me, SRY,the race from there was damage control,i was sent to dead last, I had to pull a couple of dive bombs to get clear of traffic, they were clean w/o contact, pitted early did the required and ran the second stint working my way up to 4th, car was getting loose and I pitted on schedule, came out and settled into ninth the rest of the way. great race guys, but gosh was the lag just awful, I hope it gets better for the next race.

That was fun, lots of pushing, shuving, bumping. Good battles throughout. The lag really sucked - many times all cars would just disappear, usually when cornering with a group of 'em. Been quite a while since my last race so I really enjoyed this one. Congrats to the winners.

Great race guys. I hope I didn't hold too many you fast guys up. My goal was to run consistently, don't hold anyone up too much, and finish the race, which I did, but pressed ESC during the cool-down lap due to lack of experience. So, I ended up with DNF.. oh well, now I know not to press ESC even after checkered flag comes out.

Although I was in alot of traffic in the first few turns of the first lap, I am proud to say I kept it very clean. That has never happened before for me. ;)

John, sorry about that tap when you passed me on the last lap. Looking forward to the next race.

Great Race, congrats leaders.

I had a great start, passing 3-4 on first corner then 3-4 more on the first infield not-quite u-turn right. You guys were crashing and banging each other so I snuck on through.
I followed the top 3 very closely for the first 16 laps, all 4 of us within 2.5 seconds, with a nice battle going on for the lead!

I pit with the 2nd place driver, on lap 16, then I figured I'd try the consecutive lap pit strategy, so I pit again on lap 17. came out of first pit in 7th, second pit in 12th. only got back up to 7th by the end.

So my pit strategy was a complete failure, lost me three spots!!! That was very dissapointing, but I'm always happy with a top 10.

Oh yea the lag was lousy, everyone dissapearing for 3-5 seconds. Luckily it never happened during close racing for me, so no incidents.

...but pressed ESC during the cool-down lap due to lack of experience. So, I ended up with DNF...

That isn't your cool down lap, it's your final official lap. The flag appears when the first place winner crosses the finish line, then you have to go around until you here the radio guy tell you your race is finished. Then it's safe to hit the esc key.

I was having a great battle with Samuel for the first laps, I tried a late apex into T1 and he kept a tighter line than I thought he could and I didn't let off in time and I clipped the back of him (again...sorry). He actually recovered from the spin going the right direction and we only lost 2 spots. Then, entering the very next turn I totally missed the braking. Not sure if people braked early because of the mayhem or if I just missed it. Either way, I blew it and had to dive into the sand to keep from taking out everyone in front of me :(

BTW...really cool 2 wide for the first 4 or 5 corners on lap 1!

From there I was way at the back by the time I got back going again. After getting up inside the top 10 and saw a long line of cars in front of me so I decided to pit early. I had only planned on getting one set of tires on each stop, but because it was so early I decided to change all four, which I eneded up doing on both stops. Big mistake as it cost me enough time that without it I might have been back in the hunt for the podium.

Oh well, still big fun as I had a setup for the M3 that worked really well. Hard to complain about 4th in this company anytime, but especially when you've played in the sandbox

Sorry to Mr. Onofrey for the pass in the hairpin. When I went inside of you I couldn't get the car slowed enough. Not sure if we made contact or not (I didn't feel it) but I saw you in the grass. My bad, I tried to stay tight but just couldn't get it reigned in.

well not horrible considering how it started. Jeff got me T1 (in my replay you got me b4 anyone got you Jeff, weird) Anyway rejoined in P21 made a few passes that 1st lap. Was making a move on Tommy Gun and he made 1 too many defensive line changes and I punted him going into T1 lap 2(sorry m8 but the inside outside inside move was 1 too many an I couldn't correct for th last). That is really the only pass I'm not happy with, I had some slight contact a couple other times but I had earned the real estate on those so I think those were pretty fair. Now it was one at a time game and I made a couple awesome passes, 2 or 3 in 4 and 1 or 2 in 7. Had to pass a couple guys twice cause of some slight bobbles.
Anyway made it up to 5th by my pit, and then promptly got a stop and go on my 1st pit, just flat came in too hot. So did pits 3 laps in a row and came out in P13 again.

Worked up to P5 with some passes and some guys pitting and was reeling in Barry pretty hard and had 3 laps to go and blew T4 when I was just about to strike. Went into grass and was 5.6 sec back then with only 21/2 laps to go. Went to work though I figured it was hopeless and ended up getting it back down under 3 seconds but had to settle for 6th :S
