anybody done some laps yet? I'm just wondering what kind of times I should be looking for here

I guess most are finishing off this season, then will focus on next :-]

I'm actually focussing on next season...I did some laps but I can't remember the times!

It seems this version of the track has a little less grip than the Nordschleife extension. Cool ;)

This track was much better before they redid turn one. Now it's got that Tilkedrome feel to it.

I thought turn 1 was always that tight? And that it just sweeped immediately left with turn 2, into the Kola Kurve section?

Between 95-01, the aweful Arena was never there. Instead you had a flowing left then right which was much better. Far better than the new layout, and is in GP4 :)

With 26 on the grid max this season, please ensure if you cannot make the race to unregister to allow those on the waiting list to get in.

Also there are a couple more in this race than in race 2, if you are not signed up for race 2 and take part, your result will NOT count in race 2, so whoever it is needs to sign up for the second event.

Slight change to advise.

We used the grid edit feature last season and that worked well, and we will be using it again for Season 13.

However, we will reverse the top of the grid, by a randomly picked number, which will be advised after Race 1 has finished, so you will not know which position will get you pole in Race 2.

This sort of system is used in BTCC in real life, and should make things even more interesting.

We will reverse the grid by a random number between 7 and 15, which will give everyone a good reason to keep going in case they land in the lucky spot.
