next time before the race i will learn how to use the pit in this game .Since the race at mid-ohio using the mod bmwe90 im going straight to the hell with so many dnfs ... gezz i lost my confidence and now every race became a nightmare .I hope changes soon :(

Was a bit of an obstacle course out there tonight. Must say, my 2nd place finish came as a result of others bad fortune and not my racing. Was still fun though, looking forward to the next one.

It was a fun race, but I was a little disappointed with my lap times. I feel very fortunate to have a 5th place finish. Congrats Eduardo!

What a f*ing bummer. Had a fun run at quali and got 7th. When I entered the race, I had the wrong setup loaded (noticed that my fuel was way off and knew it was the completely wrong setup). I tried to escape out to change before the flag dropped and.... race over.

I was wondering what happened to you Andrew.. What a crappy way to go out!

First open wheel race here, had little practice and only defualt setup.....qualied well gettin 6th.

Had a wicked start and was up to 4th. Down the straight after turn 4 I was full passed the guy in 3rd on the inside when he turned over as if I wasnt even there...he bounced off me and I slowed then he left... I then put down the grind and found myself at halfway in 2nd catching the leader slowly each lap and now approaching lapped traffic. The first lapper (not mentioning names) the leader was cleared by. As I approached him quickly while he is recieving the blue flag down the straight after T4, I was right on his bumper....rather then allow racing room or allowing the car on the lead lap by it seemed he was racing with me, which through high speed 5th gear corners resulted in him knocking me off and he carried on his merry way.

Needless to say disappointing, I think I couldve given Eduardo a run in the last few laps. I am also happy that I performed so well considering it was my first open wheel race here... Still to go out like that is just sickening...and is uncalled for IMO.

Hi Keith, i just watched replay as i thought it may of been myself you were talking about as i'm all for putting my hands up if something is my fault. But after watching replay, i'm relieved to say it was not me :)
I've only been simracing for 6 mths now & pride myself on keeping it clean. As i'm no way the fastest, or ever likely to be. I'm out for the clean hard racing action i found last night. Which i have to say, was a blast. I could of finished in the points, if i didn't let the concentration slip when the tires started to go. But hey, there's always the next one.
Just want to say thx guys, was a pleasure. Hope to see more of you all on the black stuff.

To prevent confusion about some of our polcicies, which are mistakenly interpreted in a post above...

Race2Play does not honor blue flags (policy 25.1). In fact, it is specifically requested that lapped cars do NOT move over for lead lap cars (policy 25.4.1)

The responsibility for the decision to pass another car, and to do it safely, rests with the overtaking driver (Policy 25.4.1)

Screenshot also removed as it too had misleading interpretations of our policies.

To be clear, the lapped car did exactly what we ask him to do "hold your line". There was no punt by R2P definition, the overtaking car has responsibility in any passing attempt, and since we do not honor blue flags at Race2Play, that discussion is also moot.
