All was well then my brakes went away... something to work on for next event...

These cars are great to drive. Better than F106 and FSONE. Took me a while to get a driveable setup (Thx Mr. Brook) but wasn't able to make the top 10 quali. The start was ok and I gained some spots. During the first stint I was overtaken twice in the Veedol-chicane. Both times with a big cut by the overtaker. And in one of them I lost two places because I had to take care it didn't turn into a crash. I know a driver will try to pass, but I was wondering where the stewards were. No penalties were issued the whole race. As if noone was watching. I was running in 10th when I made my last stop. Took too much speed into the pitlane and wrecked the left front suspension. That took a 428 seconds repair. But ... it ain't over till it's over so I went back on track and gained two positions back. Looking forward to the next one. Grats to the podium.

3 stops was not the right strategy, but i was on mid-soft, 15 laps was the optimal window for those tyres.

Sorry I dropped immediatly, but I had to go to the E90 race, but they decided to remove the password so I couldn;t join 8-)

I don't like those launch controlled starts, takes away all the skill. Gained nothing as everybody starts the same.

Got hit at the rear and that cost me 6s damage which will cost me the place to Zak after the stops. Just before my 2nd stop I spun and lost the connection to Zak.

Had to settle with a disappointing 4th. On the other hand, open wheelers are not my thing and the field was very strong, so can't really complain about 4th.

Won't continue this series, as the racing isn't close enough in thse cars, the lack of downforce in the draft ruins it for me. Shame, as the cars are nice to drive.

This was a fun race. I was fuming after overcorrecting from dropping a wheel off and having to pit for a 400-odd second repair, but once I was going again (and incidentally right behind the leaders on track) I was having a grand ole time really pushing the car into every corner. There were a couple laps which I spent the better part of in a four-wheel-drift!

Very Disappointed...
This race had everything to be fun... i made a good qualify dont think i could get much better, only a couple of tenths, then on start i knew i had to jump ahead Tristan to have a chance on challenging him, and made it... Then on second lap disco.
Horrible felling, and it got worse now on BmwE90 second race with another disco with a 6 sec lead

Put in a bit more fuel for the start, and soon realised as such with a great train of cars behind me, thought I had seen the last of Roberto but with his brakes going off was lucky to get fifth.

Dropped to 13th after a double shift down at the end of the lap, and after catching people up decided to pit early and try to overtake in the pit stops, how very F1 of me.

It worked and ended up sixth which I thought was it until Roberto's demise.

Certainly was not the fastest, never expected to be with the field, but happy with a top five finish in the first outing.

@Jeff, hello again! and I managed to grab the password before qually for the E90 via teamspeak, normally write them down though as this will always be a tight transition.

AH yes Nick, that would have been a good idea :D. Too bad I didn't think of that...d'OH :D.

Spent a good week getting my set up tuned, and was very pleased to qual 5th in the company I was driving with. Started to get an inkling there might be problems when I couldnt see anyone elses times or the text being written in chat. All the cars were there though and no warp so hoped it was a glitch. Went to race and found myself at the back of the field in someone elses slot with my car actually inside theres instead of down the front in P5. Didnt want to cause any probs for the guy I was stuck in so when the lights went green I sat still to let him go, took a couple of cars into T1 then managed to spin someone in T3 so at the end of the lap came in for a drive thru, got dq'd for leaving pits on red. WTF I thought, totally pissed that all the praccy had gone down the drain. Spoke to Tim and apparenty I wasnt even showing on the timing until I got dq'd. Wierd! Grats to podiums, see you all at the next one.
