My first qualification lap wasn't perfect, so I was hoping to improve it, but somehow it kept messing up the last sector. So I had to settle with 2nd, which was useless with all the soccermom cars around :P.

To make matters worst, the race was at 4pm, when soccerpractice starts. So when the lights went green, the moms all took off. Like there was a discountstore nearby.

Strangely, the Volvo's were slower than the Mustang in the corners, but they were so quick out of the corners, that it was still hard to overtake. Luckily the straights were just ling enough to get a good run.

P.S. When your car has a puncture, don't continue for 5 minutes but get it fixed.

Sorry for those touches in your cars, trying to overtake you under heavy braking. I hope sincirelly that i haven´t mess your races: it was not the idea, at all. With two drive through, one pit stop for tires changing and one stop and go for overspeed in pitlane, my race was not a calm one. I´ve ended the race, not being DQ, which is very good. Once again, sorry for those incidents. Congrats to winner, podium and to all.

The race was going pretty well until the end of lap 2, when my graphics froze up and went to a black screen. When the screen came back I was 3ft in the air and partially inside another car.

Landed quite hard, skidded and got collected by Abat Hernaez, who had nowhere to go, even if my car hadn't just appeared right in front of him leaving no time to react.

Very sorry Abat. It wasn't my fault that my GPU randomly hates rFactor, but I did a drive-thru anyway...I hope it didn't harm you too much.

After that I cruised round and picked up a few spots from last place, mostly trying to stay away from people just in case I had more PC troubles.

I've now tried everything I can find to fix or think of to fix the rFactor problem, each time I think everything is ok...back it comes a race or two later.

So I've decided to uninstall and give up on rFactor, it isn't safe or fair to the other drivers to keep letting this happen.

qualie went bad just didnt get a good clean lap down, so decide i,d settle from back it would be and hoppfully pick a few places up from a hectic opening lap, had some awsome battles with people and really enjoyed this race, managed to pick up 11th happy with that, considering issues i had grats to the podium and thanks everybody dor clean good racing again,

First time I've run these cars, this track and this length of event and also my first event at R2P. P&Q was OK, did a 14.5 in P without much of a setup but didn't get a good lap in Q and ended up with a 15.5 or something. Race was pretty embarrassing.

My goal was to finish and not wipe anyone out, don't think I did any damage to anyone except myself. Started well but then game started freezing on lap 3, would just hang for a second about 3 times a lap and the race went downhill from there, multiple spins but hopefully didn't hit anyone. Really hate to not finish what I start so I kept at it, moved off line/off track to let faster guys through and tried hard to not screw anyone up.

Learned that tire management is really important, I expected everyone would make a stop and I think I was the only one that did. Somehow I converted a 50 minute race into 50 laps and planned my race around that and it was a dumb move, was way to easy on my tires after the stop and way too hard on them before it. Good learning experience though, hopefully next time I can use what I learned and shoot for a lead lap finish.

Since I installed Windows 7 I have this intermittent freezing problem with my 9800GT video card. Anyone have any idea of a fix? Have tried 3 different nVidia drivers and still have the issue. It is Windows Desktop Window manager that is hanging and causing the problem.

I enjoyed this race even wasnt perfect for me . I had a poor quali couldnt find any pace in the car. For the race it was much better made a great start and after T1 was 5 already then moved up to 3 spot i was really surpise that i was able to keep up with the leaders. Had some tough fights with the volvos and lost few places then i cut the chicane and recived stop and go penalty. From that point i was down to 12 position and was trying to drive fast with no mistake. The car was great till the end and was able to finish 7 . Congratulation to the winner and all who finished!

The race was ok, I got my first podium here at R2P, which is kind of a big deal to me. Unfortunately the pressure took away my focus and I did many mistakes throughout the race. I hope most of this unproductive excitement will eventually go away, so I can focus on the task at hand. See you all in the next races!

Well, reading the reports it looks like i had a quite miserable race but actually i´m perfectly satisfied with my result :p

Started quite back in the pack, and managed to avoid any incident in the first laps. Until i made a most stupid mistake and spinned coming out of the chicane, losing contact with the main group and allowing Domi and Luis to overtake me.

Yes, Richard´s car appeared in front of me and i had the scare of my life, but the Pontiac handled the collision quite well, didn´t notice any handicap.

Yes, i had another touch with Luis in the chicane but again i didn´t lost much time and the Pontiac again kept growling without fuss.

Finally managed to make some room with Domi and Luis but Richard was coming after me. I tried to keep distance but to no avail. I had some hair raising moments in the last segment of the track and decided to let him pass me, it was becoming dangerous and i hadn´t much overhead with my Left front tyre. Fortunately an agricultural moment by Jo Stump allowed me to gain a position before finishing the race.

In conclusion, the main factor affecting my race was the stupid spin on the chicane.

Man i love the growl of the Pontiac, i could drive it for hours :p

Good fun stuff. I can never seem to get a decent practice time together at this track so I was pretty happy with my qualifying position.

Start of the race was very tight but very clean too. Had a spin all by myself on lap 3 or so, think I scared someone off the track (sorry!), and found myself at the back. From there I obviously went a bit too hard, either that or I don't know how to set these things up properly yet. Last lap into the chicane, the front left burst and I had to drag it home to finish the race!
