Stupid track. Sand pits, or mud pits?

Oh, and for future reference, this mod repairs ALL damage. After driving around with suspension damage for 60% of the race, it sent me ballistic when I jumped into the pit and it repaired all damage.

Ok,i give up,last time i looked just before last lap,i was in 4th,wtf happened.Anyway,congrats to Tommy,way to go.

Great race turned into disaster for me. I've lead for 17 laps when empty fuel can appeared on my screen... i was like WTH, i took 22 laps worth of fuel. Anyway, i had to pit, loosing 2 spots and coming 3rd across the finish line.
Sweet victory slipped right through my fingers.

Man, I'll need to figure out how to damp out the bumpiness on braking if I ever hope to drive these cars- I could barely see where I was going it was bouncing around so much before a couple of those corners.

Fuel estimation was a little off at this track- I took on enough for 23 laps and had to stop. Maybe I just didn't allow enough for the formation lap, I dunno.

I whacked one driver who was backing onto the track in the middle of the final esses- I had plenty of room to clear him until, to my amazement, he backed right into me. Badly bent my front left suspension. I suspect it was the same guy who caught up and spun me out from behind almost a lap later as I limped around. Went into the pits and took a whopping 99 second stop to repair all the damage, during which time the race finished without me :P Got 'er back on the track and finished the last lap to stave off the dnf.

These cars drive nicely, and it's a challenge to keep the momentum up because that's the only way you're going to catch anybody. I haven't figured 'em out yet, but it could be fun trying. Got to sink in to everybody though that these aren't Rhez's, and they aren't going to survive a lot of banging around.

Good race had fun after i lost my front wing hud to pit but was happe and lots off crazzy pple racing and cutin the truck but it was fun lookin forword 2 race next time and good win 2 the winer Tommy.Thanks 2 Goran for the setup sorry man didnt finish good but i felt like i was driving Bentli lol smoot

Ok watched the replay and talked w/the stewards just to make sure, Kevin I sent you an email too.
Goran checked out, so I sat in second and pulled a gap to 3rd, was not as mentally sharp during the race as I was in practice earlier this evening so I just thought I'd better cruise safe and score yet another second. About lap 13 or so I came up on Ray (lapping) and REALLY didn't want to crowd Ray (he plays with large guns in real life) so I tried to go around with LOTS of room. And high sided on a curb and spun!!!
My 6 sec lead to Kevin in 3rd vanished, in fact Kevin went by and took second. I immediately got on it and pulled right back up on him, trailed him for 3 laps hoping for a mistake, jeez it's hard to pass here.
On lap 17 Kevin overcooks it going into the first left hand 180, locks it up and goes wide ... there's my gap. I shoot inside, but from the outside Kev squares it up and comes right back in, and we touch. I was already on the inside curbing, and took it full lock left to try to go in more to avoid it, but there it was, we both were in the same place at the same time.
Kevin spun, and I just got off the gas and lolligagged it down the short straight waiting for him to give him the positon back. But he never appeared? It looks like you just escaped out Kevin. I ran around in 2nd and 3rd gear for a lap waiting for you. Never give up! I wanted to continue the battle!

And then Goran runs out of fuel (I had 28 laps worth Goran) and I inherit 1st.

Man, not the way I would have liked that to go down... sorry Kevin. I feel bad for both Kev and Goran. If I wasn't such a dope and spun on that curb trying to be nice I would have never been in that position to begin with.

On the plus side, it's nice to not be dead weight on one of the TOP THREE teams at R2P. I actually have raised their rank a little bit.
It's all downhill from here boys :)

Unlucky those guys that ran out of fuel.I had mine set for 22laps,but when we went race session,i jumped in the garage and added another lap.Even then,the fuel indication came up at the start of the second last lap and i'm sure it coughed coming out of the final turn.I usually take a lot more fuel than i think is needed.

Wasn't able to qualify, track was slow to load and had the wrong version...lol... Started 20th. and by T3 I was in 9. A lap later I spun and all bad went from there...Back to 18 position and charged back for a 12th finish. Not bad, as it was my first time on this track...Those sand traps are like 5 feet deep...You get into one and need a Excavator machine to take you out :) !....argghh...Sorry for a few bumps with other drivers...Lag was not as bad as qualy, but good enough to race...

Barrett - sorry about the bump in the first chicane. Was trying to be very careful, just touched you around you went. Glad to see you were able to work yourself back to 10th. If it's any consolation I had somone spin right in front of me and take the front wing off, so to the pits and the back I went.

Overall was alot of fun and looking forward to the Montreal race later tonight

Good Race, good job podium. Very happy with 4th in my first rfactor race. I actually had a chance to win, if I hadn't spun myself twice. Started 4th, got to 3rd, spun on 2nd lap back to 11th, got back to 6tgh by passing other spinners and penalty stoppers, made one pass into 4th and spun again back to 7th, got back up to 4th by passing more spinners and dune explorers! Fun race see you at 9:20 in Montreal!
