Fun-run: Formula BMW

Damaged rear not sure if it was due to an off or whether I got tapped on warm-up lap or maybe at the start because people were fast asleep on grid and had to brake. Either way couldn't drive properly and a trip to the pits didn't give the option to fix it for some reason.

Race over and DNF before end of lap 1 :(

Was going to watch race from pits but got disconnected?

On a side note I think the short qualifying sessions are a REALLY BAD idea. There's enough trouble at T1 lap 1 in a lot of races as it is without putting quicker people at the middle/back of the grid because they only get 3 laps to qualify, (including the out lap).

i had a good start and a good battle until the last lap with tommy . sorry man i was trying a little to hard and was shure i could pass you before the corkscrew but you were fast on the restarts, looking forward to another battle see ya

Disaster for me. Never got a qualy lap in, thinking it was 10 mins instead of 5. Then at the start went into the guy in front off the grid and lost front wing. At that point had to come in pits and take a slow stop. Plodded unlapping myself but could only get 10th in the end. Real shame, I certainly had top 3 pace, but thats life! Was really enjoyable. Was nice qualifing for me and i took pole. I knew i had to be careful in this race, that was the key to win.

I lost 3 possitions by Turn1, but then just drove without any mistakes, while others around me made them, and that is what got me this win.

Happy with it since i tried this mod a few hrs back for first time but still made a perfect result.

Quali was not bad cos I knew there were must faster guys. Had to happen in the race. That started very wrong cos I forgot to engage the clutch and 3 or 4 cars got by. After that only some small mistakes, taking the corckscrew in safemode and the misfortune of others brought me 4th place in the end. Very happy with that. Sorry for John what happend, but hats off for not hitting ESC. :-) Good result for Bep also and ofcourse grats to Janko who gave drivinglesson today.

Hm... I don't understand how could happen that the server told me wrong time of the race start. I've had daylight saving time change last sunday and I have participated 2 races at sunday morning and one race at sunday evening (I guess - that was monday night for me) after that. It was OK with them. The red text shows the right time on my side. And yet I have a not refreshed table in my browser that says that this race would start an hour later from now...

Qualified 6th which I was pleased about best quali for me so far and I think I may have been able to do better but only 5 mins!.

I made a couple of unforced errors which cost me 3 places and I drove a little too cautiously after that.

However I really enjoy these Formula BMW races and I definitely think it deserves it's own series.

Fun race all..sry for my start I dumped the clutch went for 1st and it was like i started in 5th
So turn 1 became some fun.Had some really great battels out there today..some of the BEST YET for me!!!I liked to say SRY to galloway for my off,WE where running hard for a few and i saw i could get a run on him,Iwent to the outside before the top of the hill going into ths S turn,Got by him bye 2 cars but was going way to fast i locked the brakes up and slid though trying to slow down so I would not side sweep him,But he was on his brakes and i came out in front of him,He hit my rear and really slowed him down...SRY!!
Was glad to finish 3rd today,Put a lot of time in for this one!!

Hey Tom it was ok you were pressing hard and I did not want to let you by :-)

But you had a little more pace going up hill to the cork screw so I had to concede. Then I paid too much attention looking at you trying to stop and I followed you instead of the track DOH!
