When you cannot lap an RS Porsche in a Saleen it's time to retire.

Brutal track... Why is it that the more laps I run here, the slower I get?

I retired due to lack of pace.

Damn that bit! Comp decided to re-boot when warmup started. Had a decent race setup hapnin too. Shitty

that was a tiring race.
for the first half the race i was trying to drive away from brandon and eventualy did after the first pitstop. then i was trying to drive away from pete for 50mins but he got me after a hit into the last turn looseing me half a second a lap :(. but in the last 25mins i was despretly trying to hunt steve down but lost it on the exit to the last corner and for a speeding in pit lane stop and go when i didnt go in the pits :S. that didnt matter much cos i was 55secs infont of brandon before the penalty so it didnt loose me a position.
that was the first time i finished a GTI race and im nakered.

My first endurance race with GTR2... and my first time i ever hit a 2hour 30 minute drive straight through. All in all i am happy with my performance and loved the battle i had with Sam Micheals but i guess he had a better pit strategy or i just was not getting a fast enough pit crew because he would come out way ahead of me and i guess for me i am not fast unless im behind someone!

Pretty uneventful race. I chose soft-med tyres in the end which allowed me to overhaul Pete for 2nd in the first few laps, and pull a good margin. Fish gave me a scare for a while as he nearly caught me approaching the first stops, but unfortunatley he retired after that, leaving with a around a minute back to Joco for most of the rest of the race, and there was no way I was getting anywhere near Nuno today.
Sorry to Dennis for the mid race spin, your car warped approaching T4 and it looked like you where going wide, but by the time I got there the car warped back on line and I couldnt avoid you. Hope it didnt cause too many problems for you :-(

Well can't complain with 2nd, pretty much better than I expected.

Qual was dissapointing, had a much better lap going but had to give way to a GT. Not to sure I could have bettered Rory tho.

Race I decided to go with a 2 stop strategy, knowing that I was taking a risk doing so. So stint 1 I was able to hang with Rory and Ari except when trafic came around I seemed to always get the worst of it. Regardless when lap 30 came around I was still within site if the top 2 cars. It was a challenge just to get myself to pit in LOL. So I had a nice short stop since I started with a full tank and rejoined about 23 seconds behind Conor and 4th in class.

By the time Conor pitted I was right behind him so I was liking my strategy so far. Then a few laps later I was leading my class and opened up to a 40 second lead. Thats when it all began to fall apart. A little bobble at the sector 2 line and poof 7 seconds gone. Now Ari is starting to take away my lead more and more each lap. I went in for my second stop with only about a 20 second lead and sat there and watched Ari then Rory go by me :(

I rejoined 35 seconds behind Rory and I am now running 3rd again, obviously my 2 stop didn't work very well but I was taking some chuncks out of Rory's lead and I could see that there was a small chance tht I might catch him. Then when I closed to about 20 seconds behind he pitted WOW very late pit stop, surprised me and was happy to assume 2nd position.

Ari was 36 seconds ahead of me and there was only about 15 laps to go so I just cruised from there. Althought Rory was behind me and taking some large time out of my lead, there just wasn't enough time for him to even get close.

Grats to Ari and Nuno on the wins.

Well kiss my grits. 3 subs and 3 3rd place finishes by the subs. I will be retiring from GT-I as it is baltantly obvious I just dont have the talent to compete with you guys.

Mucho grats to Nuno. You secured the GT championship today. Spectacular drive friend!!!

First enduro race and I finish on podium :D

Was worried about getting a disco but connection was good.

Qual was pretty OK. The FPS were not consistent, on some sectors I had full 70 and somewhere it dropped to 40 for a few seconds and that was a bit annoying.

Race started off good! Was having second thoughts when I was seeing 2h30min left but in the end I was pretty consistent using med-med tires. The nGT-ers were great it was like you guys didn't even exist.

All was going great, and after a stop I was 4th I think. Than got another position after second stop and I was on the podium fully motivated in the last third to go.

Thanks to Team ECCI for making this race happen, this podium is for you guys ;P
