After some pre-race problems it went OK. Experienced couple divebombings from a GT car and got stuck behind leading nGT cars for a long time but other than that it was good.

i lost connection with about 10 or so minutes left. Good race tho, Mark Jozef that was brilliant run there, nothing i could do to keep up.

Thanks to the GT drivers for having great patients.

First off, I have to apologize to George Pol for knocking you off. Im not sure if you were trying to let me by in the braking zone or what, but you slowed waaaaaay down. did you hit the rev-limiter or something?) I had em locked trying to stop but couldnt get it done in time. Very sorry.

My pole was stolen from me due to a PC freeze on the formation lap. Jumped ahead of the nGT cars to start the race but the damage was already done. As it turns out it wouldnt matter. I had PC freezes every 20 minutes in the race. Each lasting 20 seconds long. 6 X 20 = 120 seconds lost to PC freezes.

My pace would have gotten me a 1st or 2nd with ease if not for the freezes. Pit strategy was working perfectly, allowing me to double stint a set of tires to hop over a car or two for position.

Time for a re-format and re-install it seems...

Mark, no disco for me this time. My pre-race problems was that someone had taken my Porkster for a spin and I couldn't find it. Turned out to be Tim. LOL

Yes Tim ... I was trying to let you by. I was surprised to see you behind me there cos I thought you parked the car for a reason in the warmuplap. So at that point I realised you were still in the race but had lost pole. So I thought ... this is not my position ... let him pass. Maybe not the smartest place to do it but all was thought out in a split second. No harm was done to the car (took care of that myself later on) but lost a few spots. Had a good race after that and the Lambo felt great. Until I got on the throttle a bit too soon after that slow lefthander. Time for the usual f*ck*p and a 107 secs 2nd pitstop. Got close to 5th at the end but I ran out of laps and time.

120 mins with no-one to race made for a pretty dull evening.

It didn't help that I loaded the wrong setup .... but I'm still getting used to driving the RSR.

Cheers to the GT drivers - lapping seemed to be no problem.

That was too much Anderstorp the last couple of days for me :D
I had a nice balanced car in Qualy, but as always it wasnt that fast in race. Losing too much time in the 180°-turns.
Had only 1 big mistake: on a straight part I tried to drink something and spinned off track lol.
So learn from me: Dont drink and drive! :D

I'm so sorry for Mark, the 2nd place was to you. Bad luck.

I hope our NGTs didnt influenced the gt-race, i tried to let them pass without losing too much time.

I don't have much luck when it comes to racing. I must be cursed or something.

As I'm no mechanic I found it quite difficult to find a good setup for the Lambo... so this means that my qual time wasn't great and I was constantly losing 1-2 secs a lap during the race. (and I was only gaining about 1-2 secs a lap on the nGT's)

But I plodded on and was last of the GT's all the way through the race but carried on regardless.

Later on I looked at the remaining timer and was happy to see 15 minutes to go. was getting very tired, stiff and felt like I was running a marathon.

11 minutes to go. I leave the last corner and look in my mirror to see if anyone is behind me and I see nothing... literally nothing, because of the smoke peeing out of my engine. I pull up at turn 1 with a blown engine.

Looking on the bright side though, it was a fun experience.
