Anytime I sign up for a GTL race in anything other than TC-65, somebody please slap the hell out of me.

I saw you ended up in the garage early, what happened?

Last minute switch to the Elan (planned on 427 Cobra, but recent rental points info prompted re-evaluation), Thanks to Tim McArthur for the setup - minor last minute tweaks.

Initial launch was good and actually got lead for a while. Looking at the replay, the Lotus looked kind of out-gunned amongst the Vettes, Cobras, GT40s....plus side is it's relatively easy on tires. :)

Can't say I was particularly consistant - especially the last 5 or so laps - zoned out pretty badly. Doesn't bode well for the endurance race coming up.

Certainly pleased with the results though.

Mr. Anderson; I looked at the replay and the only contact I saw was on the first lap between you and Paul Stamper - nothing after that. What else happened? Not the best of luck I suppose.

Congrats to Simon Gymer - hope to see you at more events.

The Cobra is a bit of an unruly beast.

Yes it is. And so is every other car I`ve tried to this point.I can drive the Alfa all day long in TC-65 and never have a problem.As soon as I bump up to the GTC-65,76 cars, well it`s just bad.It`s worse than bad actually. I have absolutely no business in those cars.It`s a shame too because I really like gtl.The cars look good, the tracks look good, the sound is good and I drive like shit.

Talk about a fun race. Me and Ali almost the whole race bumper to bumper. Man the track was narrow with DK Ali in front hehehe. Great clean race Ali. My best race in the handfull of R2P races right here.

Well, if it weren't for technical difficulties, I would have been representing Jaguar at this event. I was on the grid 7th when we started, but people were saying I should race, so I started, pulled off, and left. The Jag felt awesome, and a bad quali was the only holding me back. Oh well, there's always next weekend for another shot.

Sorry if I screwed up anyone's quali or maybe at the start, apparently I was lagging very badly and shouldn't have even been there.

Had a great start, but got rear-ended on lap 2. If you look at the final time gaps and how much time I lost in that incident, I should have finished 3rd or 4th instead of 6th. But the driver involved apologized, and we've already had too many penalties this year, so that's the end of it. :)
It was still a fun race. The Corvette is very satisfying to drive when you can place it exactly where you want. For some reason I was about a second slower than last time I ran the Corvette here, but I made zero mistakes, and am quite satisfied with my performance. :)

Fun race apart from the start, just clipped mike at the worst point and thats all it needed for him to spear off :( my bad and sorry for that. Cracking race part from that and just made too many mistakes to be honest. One more race to go :S
