Intro to G2 Extreme

Other than I accidentally spun a Seat on first lap, that was alot of fun, I had very little practice but was able to keep car on track.

Damn.. Blew it totally. Screwed up and missed the second pit stop. Had a fast,fast setup. Got punted early on but didn't have any trouble reeling back into 4th place. Got to 2nd and got so into the moment that I forgot my 2nd pit stop. Still may have been a top 5 if I got in in time and just got fronts. Man am I disappointed.

Gee..At least I know I'm getting better. Just have to stop $^&king things up! Nice screen shot. Another inch of racing room would have made things a little more comfortable. Great, close racing. Sorry I rubbed paint with you Grecian, had a couple fun battles with you. Had a couple offs, and there you were every time, ready to fend me off. Thanks for keeping it interesting. Good driving buddy!

Hope I didn't make you uncomfortable Gregg. That was a nervous moment. Fortunately no contact from what I remember. I'll have to check the replay and see if I was actually on the gas. Don't remember who was passing who, but I'm sure someone was making a move.

I did it! I started and finished my first race on race2play! That is also the first time I have ever raced for 60 minutes too!

too many mistakes.... I got excited and made the usual stupid mistakes, got a little sideways here a little off track there and ended up losing time. The real killer was an off track in turn 5 or 6 on the opening lap and that put me near the back of the pack. Then in the middle of an on track "fight" (the good kind) I went off and into a wall.

So if it were not for the two pit stops (47s and 107s) to fix all my damage I think I might have placed better.

Overall I had an excellent time!!!

Well,totally screwed that up.Just didn't have the pace from a day ago and then,even tho i knew it was 2x tyre wear,i thought i could go 25 laps on mediums with just a change of the fronts and then run 6 laps before i changed the rears,what was i on.After my 1st stop,the car was undrivable,just a mobile chicane that i had to ride out till 5 laps went by.

Wow is all I can say, that was a fantastic race! If I had more time to type I think I could do commentary for every lap, but I have to pack for NC, so excellent racing everyone.
Grecian good battles all through the entire event, but did I
hand you that 4th on the last lap,mmmmm, looked at my fuel for a split second, I was SS and what a dumd thing to do.
I actually enjoyed the replay almost as much as the race LOL
Congrats to the podium, I think I could have finished a tad better if not for taking 4 tires at the end, darn.

Excellent racing eveyone! I really enjoyed the first third of the race battling with 5th thru 2nd. I ran as long as I could on my first set of tires hoping to go the distance with one change on the fronts. Changed only the fronts on my first pit stop, but forgot to tell the crew no fuel. Damn. Had to run the rest of the race with a full tank. The car was very oversteery after putting on just fronts. My second stop I opted for 4 as I didn't think the fronts would last 'til the end. Ran my last stint solo until just a few remaining when I was catching Don H. Needed one more lap to pass him and crossed the line right on his tail. Bad luck Don on not taking the second stop. I had a good time catching you!

First of all I need to apoligize to Mark Carty for that total brain fart of mine going into turn 3 and ended up smacking him and turning him around and Les also in the same incedent got turned around. My apoligies sirs!

No problem Barry it happens,it was still a pretty good race.I must say though babysitting a four year old and racing suck :)

That was great gents! I just decided to go with the Mosler for the hell of it nad I had to drive the wheels off that thing for the entire race!! Just on the limit most laps.

Kept my usual cool, looking after tires and smooth fast pitstops so np at all.

Had good battles with Don (who kept ramming my ass with his uber setup lol)... the Bi-T is obviously a much quicker car than the Mosler and was issed he kept hitting me so I let him by on the straight but he went off again! lol

So ran my race as consistently as I could and looking after the tires helped as I caught Gregg’s Bi-T and drove so hard my head hurt and he made a little mistake that gave me 4th :))

Could’ve taken the M3 and fought for win but I think being in a inferior car was much more fun! :))
