Lost the race due to buggy track :S

I was having technical problems, and was not able to escape out. Hope I did not mess the race start up by going to the pits. I just wanted to get off track before I caused and issue.

Race went not well for me. Was not capable to show good pace in qualy, and in race was overtaking guys around for too long, so was capable to finish only 5 th.
Another question - is 107% is not effective? Does not want to distract anybody, but rules are rules, and one guy shoudn't start in this one.

Considering the driver missed the 107% by a fraction of a percent, he was given the opprotunity to compete

Not toooo displeased with 4th I guess!

Could not get a clear lap in quali and got nowhere near the pace I should have been at which resulted in only managing 6th.

Got a good start and had a good early battle with Ross through the first few turns and sneaked round the outside of turn 3 only to throw that away by getting on the grass coming out of the fat chicane which allowed Ross and Basol through and also meant Nikita was right on me, had a good battle with these 2 for a while before I managed to get clear and try to make some ground on the lead group. When I had the clear air I was able to find my pace finally and clawed my way back up to the Felipe, Heinz and Ross battle for 3rd, saw Felipe attempt to win gymnastics gold with some olympic style flipping (thought you were going to land on top of me!) and then was running right behind the gaggle of lead cars before staying out 1 lap too long which left me 5 seconds off the leaders again.

With the downfall of Matt I was up to 4th and slowly catching the lead group again but just couldn't quite join in the awesome battle as I was always a couple of seconds back.

Happy to bring home a decent points finish though!

A Very good race here, Matt if you practiced you would have known that curb on the exit of t2 is 'out of bounds'' serious risk getting close to it. Was an unfortunate exit for you, were were all pushing hard at the front

I had tremendous amount of fun, Fighting hard with Felipe after getting a better start and then trying to sneak in a pass on Zak late in the race aswell when Ross was leading

Looks like this series doesn't like me at all :(, 2 events and 2 problems that messed up with my races.

Qualify was great, the top 5,6 guys with very close times, Matt Farrow with the prevail.

Start was good, lost 1 position only (Great Start Heinz!!), but the pack that the top 6 formed was awesome, nobody was running away from nobody.

Then the disgrace. After giving some space to Heinz for a pass, i hit that assassin kerbs with the two left wheels and did the flight of my life. Was able to take the car for repairs but any hope of a good result had gone. To make it worse my partner Nikola had the same problem. Not the best of our days. A bit unfair cause I believe that cutting on that turns should be punished, but not the way the track is. Simply destroys your car if you pass there.

2 rounds and I'm already out the fight for the title :(, only thing that lefts for me to fight is the teams battle.

Grats Ross for the win, and see you guys at that bitchy Simmons Plains.

Excellent race overall. Nicely bunched group of 5-6 cars initially and some very close action.

Was doing low 56's in race trim in praccy, but couldn't find these times in qualie. (partly due to my fault, also others' impatience)

Lost a place to Chris on lap 1 by being a bit too early on the brakes, but got this back when he made a mistake exiting the fast chicane. Gained 4th & 3rd when Heinz & Felipe both made similar errors at turn 1. Matt & Zak had built a lead out front but it wasn't long before i joined in the fun. Zak made a quick stop (good pit entry) so he was ahead of Matt and me by a slightly bigger gap. I caught both of them again within a couple of laps, and Matt made his mistake leaving Zak a couple of seconds down the road. Caught and passed him (third time lucky) within 2 laps and was holding on until the finish with Heinz also closing in on the battle.

Very tight race here, (0.3s gap) many congratulations to Zak & Heinz.
