The circuit was built in the early 1970s, on an escarpment to the west of Dijon, but overlooking the city. In 1975 an extension, Parabolique corner, was added to lengthen the circuit, as well as many of it's corners reprofiled. 7 Grand Prix events were held at Dijon-Pernois. It has 5 right turns and 4 left turns, direction is clockwise. Aside Grand Prix layout there's also alternative layout possible (Dijon-Pernois Short). - Enis Dauti
